The annual fee for a Boy Scouts of Arizona specialty license plate is $25. The Grand Canyon Council will receive $17 of the annual $25 specialty license plate fee.  The Boy Scouts of Arizona disability license plate is also available in either a standard or personalized format and contains five letters/numbers.
